EDIX Saddles Items

  • email ari@havenhorsemanship.com if you have trouble with the shipping options. If shipping estimated is more than $100 for any item, please contact me and I can invoice you, shipping is rarely $100 or more. Please make sure to go through the full check out process to the shipping options as that is when you can select a shipping OTHER than the expensive one selected by the cart.
  • be aware that due to international delays and closures, some items sell out between shipments. If you order an item that ends up being out of stock, Ari will contact you ASAP.
  • be aware that most items will need to be ordered in from EDIX headquarters in the Netherlands. It typically takes a month to receive items. Please be patient, Ari will update you as soon as she receives your order and sends it on to you.
  • email ari@havenhorsemanship.com for further custom options! Saddle pads, bareback pads, etc. can come in most colors you could think of, but will need to be custom ordered. Even the soft tree saddles can be ordered in custom colors, it will just take longer for your item to be completed and delivered to you. Expect AT LEAST an additional 8-10 weeks for custom orders (so at least 12-14 weeks total for production and shipping time).
  • consider emailing ari@havenhorsemanship.com for a fitting consultation. Only items purchased after a fitting consultation and with continued fitting support qualify for a 14 day trial period.
  • If you cancel an order prior to receiving items, the cancellation fee is 10% until 8/17/2023 and will increase to 20% as of 8/18/2023.
  • The Ordering process is:
    1. we decide on your order together. If you order without contacting me first, you do not qualify for a discount OR a trial.
    2. I check stock with EDIX and we decide on if you'd like a trial OR a discount. If you'd like a trial, you pay full price but have the option to return as outlined below for a 20% restocking fee. If you'd like a discount, you get a 10% discount off of your order but DO NOT have the option to return or exchange.
    - If everything is in stock, I PayPal invoice you and, as soon as its paid, your order is sent from the Netherlands
    - If everything is NOT in stock, I PayPal invoice you and half is due to reserve your items on the next shipment. The second half plus shipping is due once the shipment arrives at EDIX. As soon as it's paid in full, your order is sent from the Netherlands.
    3. It usually takes between 2 and 3 weeks to clear customs, but it can take up to a month. PLEASE BE PATIENT! I will let you know when your item gets to me and when I ship it to you and will send you tracking information at that point. You are always welcome to contact me for an update on your order.
    4. When the package arrives here, I separate out your items and send them your way. This concludes our transaction if you opted for a 10% discount.
    5. If you opted for a trial, you have 14 days from receiving your order to try everything and I'm available for fitting help via phone, email, text, pictures, videos, etc.
    6. If you're thrilled with your items, awesome! Transaction concluded.
    7. If you're not thrilled with an item, you let me know and have it postmarked and on its way back to me by the 14th day. Upon its arrival here CLEAN and in good, lightly used condition, I refund the full cost of the item minus a 20% deposit. I reserve the right to charge additional fees for wear and tear on an item that goes beyond lightly used condition, a cleaning fee for dirty items, etc.
    8. If you decide to return the whole order, I refund everything minus shipping and a 20% deposit. I reserve the right to charge additional fees for wear and tear on an item that goes beyond lightly used condition, a cleaning fee for dirty items, etc.
    9. Forevermore I am available for fitting help and advice ;) for a full consultation, contact ari@havenhorsemanship.com for instructions. The cost is $75.
